In the commentary for the episode, Alex Borstein mentions that the rumour which the Griffin family spread in the episode is an actual rumour that the Family Guy staff decided to start in about 2000/2001. According to other people on the commentary (don't know their names) the rumour spread and My Name Is Earl then mentioned it in their show. So quick answer: I'm pretty sure it's not true

Without looking it up, is that the episode Naruto uses the rasen-shiriken on Kakazu? If it is, then I'm guessing you've noticed his eyes looked like the kyuubi's but blue. In my opinion, I think he was just using some of the kyuubi's chakra to use that attack, but not changing into the kyuubi form.

Very doubtful; they all cover for themselves. Even church council members make false accusations and cover for themselves. Most likely, the false accusations never rise to the level of sin and are based on human opinion. Jesus talks about sin and not some local witch hunt of someone who has had their feelings hurt. Yet, leaders will continue to charge others with things that are not sin, but subjective nonsense. It is the pastor's job to make certain that accusations amount to the level of sin. Unfortunately, pastors go with the flow and do not want to be involved with controversy. That is easily noticed by the accusers and therefore, the accused has little recourse but to leave the church. If you find yourself in that situation, remind yourself, its their lose and your gain. Jesus would never put up with it and neither should anyone else.
