Voldemort's wand is a yew and phoenix feather wand. The phoenix feather in the center of Voldemort's wand is from Fawkes (Prof. Dumbledore's pet) the same phoenix who donated another feather for the center of Harry Potter' wand. J.K. Rowling has said that she chose yew for Voldemort because it is poisonous, and symbolilzes death.

Harry's wand has a phoenix feather at the core, the same as Lord Voldemort. The feather was taken from Fawkes, Dumbledore's bird. He only ever gave two feathers, and they made their way into harry's and Voldemort's wands.
Harry uses his own wand to duel Voldemort until the final battle at the end of Book 7, the Deathly Hallows. Harry's original wand was 11 inches long, made of Holly, with a Phoenix Feather core (from Dumbledore's Phoenix, Fawkes, who also gave a feather to Tom Riddle's wand). In the final battle in Book 7, Harry uses Draco Malfoy's wand, because his original Phoenix wand was broken in half earlier in the book by Hermione (on accident). Draco's wand was 10 inches long, made of Hawthorn, with a Unicorn Hair core.
Ron Weasley uses several wands throughout the series. He starts off with his older brother Charlie's former wand. This was a 12'', ash wood and unicorn tail wand. Ron broke this when the flying car crashed into the Whomping Willow.
For his third year, Ron gets a new wand that is 14'', willow wood and a unicorn tail. He looses this in 1998 when it is taken by a snatcher.
Ron then steals and uses Peter Pettigrew's wand which was 9 1/4'', chestnut wood and dragon heartstring.
Presumably, after the wizarding war Ron got a new wand more suited for him.
Hagrid’s wand was eighteen inches and made from oak. The core material is not mentioned. After his wand was snapped in half upon expulsion from Hogwarts, Hagrid hid the pieces in his umbrella and continues to use them on occasion.
His wand is made out of holly wood, the core is phoenix feather and the size is 11 inches
JK Rowling never disclosed what kind of wand Snape had. In the films, his wand his black and shiny, with a decorated handle.
Since his duel with Grindelwald, Dumbledore had the Elder wand, the first Hallow out of three.
Avada Kedavra is essentially the death spell in the series. It is one of the Unforgivable Curses. Harry And Voldemort are the only people known to survive it. Voldemort used it to kill both of Harry's parents.
All right, so remember how Draco disarmed Dumbledore at the end of the sixth book? That means that Draco would be the master, but then Harry disarmed Draco later. Even though it wasn't the Elder Wand Draco had, Harry became the master because of that. That's how most interpert it anyway. Harry defeats Draco Malfoy who had disarmed Dumbledore. That made him the owner of the Elder Wand and when Voldemort tried to use it against Harry, it wouldn't kill it's true owner. i think it was all planned out by dumbledore! Actually when Draco dis-armed Dumbledore in The half Blood Prince, at the end right before Dumbledore was killed, the elder wand would then work for Draco, Then in the Deathly hallows when Harry dis-armed Draco that allowed him to be able to use the elder wand but he doesn't get the chance to use it until the end of the Deathly Hallows. Voldemort takes the wand off Dumbledore but that isn't enough to make it work for him because Harry is truly the owner. So when voldemort tries to kill Harry it wont kill him because he is the owner so it rebounds on voldemort therefore killing him!
Ron Weasley stole a blackthorn wand from a snatcher. He later let Harry Potter use it until he could get another wand.
In the graveyard Voldemort threw a couple of spells Harry's way. He started with Cruciatus curse (physical torture) and followed up with an Imperius curse (enables total control over the other person's actions). Harry cast Expelliarmus(disarming). At the same time Voldemort cast Avada Kedavra(killing curse). In the very first book we learned that Voldemort and Harry had wand cores from the same source. This source was Dumbledore's phoenix, Fawkes. This made the wands "brothers" and they would not destroy each other's owners. Instead of the spells being cast, a magical effect (not a spell) called Priori Incantatem occurred. The two wands were connected by a golden beam of energy with a bead flowing in the beam. It basically came down to a battle of wills pushing the bead through the beam. When Harry was able to will the bead to Voldemort's wand, it caused his past spells to start spilling from his wand. Since the last several spells Voldemort had cast successfully were murder, ghost-like echoes of his victims burst out. Voldemort was taken aback just long enough for Harry to reach Cedric's body and the portkey for an escape.
In the film and the book it is Serpensortia.
