Harry uses Expelliarmus (disarming spell) at the exact time when Voldemort uses Avada Kedavra (killing spell). The two spells collide and stop both spells from reaching the other, but eventually Avada Kedavra is pushed back and kills Voldemort.
Harry Potter used Expelliarmus and Lord Voldemort used Avada Kedavra. The spell backfired and Voldemort died.
This was because Voldemort was using the Elder wand, which Harry was the true master of. The Elder wand recognised it's owner and couldn't be used against him.
None. Voldemort got hit by his own rebouncing Avada Kedavra.
Because Harry was the true owner of the Elder Wand
Harry used the Expellimarius spell and Voldemort's Avada Kedavra rebounded off it because the Elder wand was Harry's.
It wasn't a spell. It was Tom Riddle in the second book when harry destroyed the diary with Gryffindor's sword from the sorting hat. And he destroyed Lord Voldemort in the seventh book when destroyed all horcruxes, including himself.
He use Expelliarmus, this is not a killing curse, but Voldemort use Avada Kedavra on Harry. The elder wand couldn't kill his master, so the killing spell go back to Voldemort, that kill him.
He never killed a Dementor. He used a Patronus when Dementors were attcking him though. It's Expecto Patronum
Harry Potter is still alive. In book 7 Voldemort kills him with avada kadavra but he comes back to life.
