It's not sure exactly what power Itachi gave Naruto. All that is known is that Itachi gave Naruto some of his power. You can go to episode 126 and also watch it but in that episode they cut the part where Itachi gives Naruto some of his power. You may have to check the Manga.

I know exactly what itachi gave naruto and if you recall a crow entered naruto, well that crow had the eye of shisui inserted in it( for those who don't know shisui type is name on wiki) now this crow contains a power genjutsu allowing it to protect the konoha village and can control anyone without them knowing, ofcourse shisui was killed by itachi but they were like brothers and shisui gave itachi is air so that he could protect the village with it and thats the thinking being itachi's actions of giving it to naruto because he's the only on that can protect Konoha !

Is naruto stronger than itachi with all nine tales released?
Itachi is infact not as strong as the all nine-tailed fox released but will still pwn him. Sasuke's Amaterasu took out the eight-tails. And Itachi is WAY stronger than Sasuke and slightly stronger than the Sage of the Six Paths (Nagato/Pain). But even if all the tails that were released was to actually take down Itachi, Itachi has his Susano'o which possesses the Sword of Tatsuka which seals anyone's soul into a dream like demension forever. This kind of power even made Madara back off. That's why he couldn't have Pain to destroy Konoha. Itachi is so powerful with his abilities and so smart with what he's doing that Goku almost doesn't have a chance. If goku gets caught in his Amaterasu it's all over.
