That depends on the viewer, or what you like. My personal favorite is episdoe 99 "Koga and Sesshomaru; a Dangerous Encounter" but that's only because Koga is my favorite character. Another episode that people claim is good is a filler where Inuyasha remains in Kagome's era throughout most of the episode. Unfortunatly, I can't remember the number or title at this time. It is in season four though. That is a really good episode, and I really like it, but one of my favorites is episodes 60-62, but I don't remember what they're called. But it's when the dark priestess puts a spell on Kagome, and she almost dies!! I actually cried! that would be episode 89 and 90
Kagome revisits the sacred tree (the Goshinboku, also called the God Tree) several times throughout the anime's run, including during the 26-episode wrap-up of the anime series, Inuyasha: Kanketsuhen (Inuyasha: The Final Act in English). Most notably, she is near it during the first several episodes of the anime, and again toward the last two episodes of The Final Act.The Sacred Tree is where Kikyo pinned Inuyasha using a sacred arrow just before her death, and where Inuyasha remained sleeping for 50 years until Kagome awoke him. It is not far from the Bone-Eater's Well, which Kagome uses to travel between the modern era and the Feudal Era. Of all the landmarks that appear in the Feudal Era, the Sacred Tree is the only one that is shown surviving to Kagome's era in modern times, and is located on her family's shrine property.
In the final act of the manga and in the last episode of Inuyasha: Kanketsuhen (Inuyasha: The Final Act in English), Kagome returns to the Feudal Era after a three year absence. Sango and Miroku have already married and been having children, but it is not known specifically how much time passes between Kagome's return and the point which we see, when it is implied that she and Inuyasha have since married. In the modern world, Sota explains his sister's absence to classmates by citing the fact that she got married "right out of high school," while back in the Feudal Era, Kagome herself calls out to a visiting Sesshomaru by referring to him as "Older brother!"Well they do get married inuyasha lets her finish high school in her era and she finishes high school and gets pregent with inuyasha's child...
There are a few that come to mind, for different couples, different times, whatever. But what I think of the most when I read this question is episode 26 of InuYasha: The Final Act. In it, InuYasha and Kagome kiss, and of course, three years later in the same episode, get married. Sango gives birth to hers and Miroku's third child, a beautiful baby boy. Kouga and Ayame also get married, which I think is really cute. It was funny when they were like "make sure you don't get whipped!" and he started blushing too. Also, some might consider it as Sesshoumaru and Rin fluff too but because he brought her another kimono, and she's living with Kaede so she'll be able to make a more informed decision "when the time comes", if you know what I mean. Another one that's cute is episode 90, of InuYasha. It has implied Inuyasha/Kagome, and of course that whole crush thing with Souta and Hitomi is adorable. And whatever episode Shippou and Koume are in. They were cute too.
Naraku takes out most of his clan, and eventually Koga loses his two shards of the Shikon Jewel and he returns to the remnants of his wolf pack. As to his thing for Kagome, he lets up on his affection and devotion to her, and tells Kagome that if she ever gets tired of Inuyasha, he is still available. But in the end, he marries Ayame.
