In the final act of the manga and in the last episode of Inuyasha: Kanketsuhen (Inuyasha: The Final Act in English), Kagome returns to the Feudal Era after a three year absence. Sango and Miroku have already married and been having children, but it is not known specifically how much time passes between Kagome's return and the point which we see, when it is implied that she and Inuyasha have since married.
In the modern world, Sota explains his sister's absence to classmates by citing the fact that she got married "right out of high school," while back in the Feudal Era, Kagome herself calls out to a visiting Sesshomaru by referring to him as "Older brother!"
Well they do get married inuyasha lets her finish high school in her era and she finishes high school and gets pregent with inuyasha's child...
the anime was discontinued, and the manga (in the last chapter) didn't show inuyasha and kagome getting married, but did give the readers a pretty obvious hint that the two loved each other. most likely scenario is they eventually do get married sometime after the manga ended.
According to Inuyasha: The Final Act, Kagome stayed in her time for three years to finish high school following the defeat of Naraku. Upon returning to the feudal era, it's strongly implied that they got married some time afterward. The first suggestion is when her brother Sota briefly explains to his friends that Kagome got married right out of high school and left. The second is when Kagome sees Sesshoumaru and yells, "Onii-san (older brother)!"

People like to think Inuyasha and Kagome had kids, but the anime doesn't show them having kids or getting married. So no, they never actually have kids according to the manga.
