In the final act of the manga and in the last episode of Inuyasha: Kanketsuhen (Inuyasha: The Final Act in English), Kagome returns to the Feudal Era after a three year absence. Sango and Miroku have already married and been having children, but it is not known specifically how much time passes between Kagome's return and the point which we see, when it is implied that she and Inuyasha have since married.
In the modern world, Sota explains his sister's absence to classmates by citing the fact that she got married "right out of high school," while back in the Feudal Era, Kagome herself calls out to a visiting Sesshomaru by referring to him as "Older brother!"
Well they do get married inuyasha lets her finish high school in her era and she finishes high school and gets pregent with inuyasha's child...
