nope yes she does at the final ep there was an evil girl who wanted to kill inuyasha and inuyasha got tied up he couldn't move so kagome shot an arrow but later that evil girl shoots kagomes arrow at inuyasha but kagome saved him and she died with the arrow in her back.

We dont Know yet personly I would love to know I think they will make a better couple than Inuyasha and Kagome but in the Manga, Rin now lives with Lady Kaedea(sorry if spelled wrong) and Sesshoumaru brings her new Kimo's alot so maybe he really likes her.......I hope so... this is a different answer by hi i love inuyasha i don't think so but i think he is going to go out marry (i don't know) kagura ( the wind demon )

After battling Ryukotsai, he returns to Izaoyi, InuYasha's mother, in time to see his newborn son. When he arrives, he finds that somebody, I can't remember who, is abiut to kill InuYasha and his mother by burning their house down. He finds Izaoyi inside with baby InuYasha, and gives them the kimono of the fur of the fire rat, and they escape, leaving him behind to battle with the "murderer", but because he is so weak from his previous battle, he gets defeated and dies

What happens at the end of Inuyasha?
okay so, the basic parts are kagura and kanna die. naraku comes together with the infant, narak kills kikyo(for real this time). naraku then get kohakus jewl shard but its replaced with this other thing so he lives. naraku absorbs the Jewel they fight in his body , he gets killed, but he wishes that after his death kagome gets trapped in the Jewel. so she gets suckued in and the Jewel is trying to tempt her into making a wish so she is trapped but inuyasha comes the hg and then kiss and the he brings her home and then three yrs have passed and sango is having a third child when kagome comes back and her and inuyasha marry ( you don't see it though it is just implied) and it ends with them standing side by side looking out at the horizon and kagome is talking about taking it a day at a time and spending every day with inuyasha
Will inuyasha die?
Maybe in the manga, but not in the actual show. In the last episode of InuYasha, everyone is still alive, and in the last few episodes of InuYasha: The Final Act, InuYasha kills Naraku, and in doing so Kagome gets sent to the Underworld because Byakuya of the Dreams slashed her with Meido Zangetsuha, then she gets caught in darkness, and she ALMOST gives in to the darkness, but InuYasha saves her. After he saves her she destroys the Shikon Jewel, and by doing that her and InuYasha get sent to her own time, but the well brings InuYasha back to the Feudal Age while Kagome stays in her world, and closes. Miroku and Sango have a set of twins and one other child, and after three years have passed with Kagome gone and InuYasha in the Feudal Era Kagome manages to get back to the Feudal Era, so Souta ends up telling everyone who wants to ask his sister out that she got married right after graduating High-School, and his friends ask him why she did it so early. So Kagome is back in the Feudal Era, married to InuYasha and becoming a priestess, while InuYasha and Miroku become demon slayers, pretty much. Sango stays home and takes care of the children while InuYasha and Miroku are on their Demon Hunts (Miroku stops being a playboy since he's married to Sango-chan). Shippo joins a Demon Test and continues moving up in Rank, and InuYasha stays a half-demon. It is unknown what will happen past that point.

Why doesn't Inuyasha like to talk about his mother?
It's because she is dead, and not only that, she was a human. To Inuyasha, humans come across as weak and defenseless (But he still loves her.) Plus, it brings back memories form when he was a child, and as that child, he was made fun of by other kids. Basically, it's because it brings back unwanted memories for him.
