Even the smallest species of tiger is probably 2 times the weight of the dog, so it wouldn't be much of a contest.
Lou Ferrigno The problem with answering this question is because there is no standard to what is big. A taller bodybuilder will naturally weigh more than a shorter bodybuilder, but does that make him bigger or just weigh more? when deciding big in bodybuilding we are always talking muscle to height ratio. since we can't determine how much a person's bones weigh we include them in weight. with this in mind we determine how big a bodybuilder really is. example a person 65inches tall weighing 200 lbs is bigger than another person 75 inches tall weighing 225 lbs. This is determined by weight to height ration which is 3.07 for the short man and 3.0 for the taller. using a weight to height ratio will help keep size comparable but never make it completely fair as the taller a person is the wider he must be to support his height and actually the bigger he is. Lou Ferrigno at his largest in competition was 4.0 while Ronnie Coleman was 4.102 there are people who are a little bigger than both of them.
Tom Welling's height is 6'2 and his weight is 190lbs. He is lean and finely chisseled. I am 5'10 and im 185. I won a teen bodybuilding contest, but to be a successful bodybuilder, a weight around 210+ shredded is needed
Its depends on how much they can lift ... Bodybuilder can be stronger than a light weight lifter
it's contest to see who can lift the most weight.
The bodybuilder, Ron Coleman, is measured at 5 feet 11 inches tall. In his prime, he weighed 295 pounds. Most of his weight is pure muscle, he has very little fat.
The maximum contest weight for Flex Wheeler was around 230-235 pounds or 104-110 kilograms. Not to be confused with the Canadian musician Kenny Wheeler.
if you are lifting excessive amounts of weights unassisted by a machine or spotter you should consider wearing a weight belt to support your lower back and distribute the weight evenly.
it would depend on what you are after doing if you are a bodybuilder then go for 1 gram of protein per lb of body weight 2.2 lbs = 1 kilo if you are not a bodybuilder look on any food and it will normally give government guidelines for daily intake
about 120 to be precise
