There is 1. It's chapter 40 called "new moon".
The force field that keeps them in the game breaks by an electrical force and Katniss is taken away by people from district 13 (district 12 was destroyed by the Capitol) and she is told that Peeta was captured by the Capitol. More then half of the districts created a new district(district 13) that was blown up a few years back, and the people recreated it underground. They were planning before the Quell was announced, that they would break open the force field durring the games. After it is discovered that Katniss and Peeta were to return to the arena, the planned to take Katniss and Peeta after the force field is blown up, but they end up taking just Katniss. They think that the Capitol will use Peeta as bait to bring Katniss to them and reveal the under ground city in district 13. Haymitch knew the whole time but didn't want Katniss and Peeta to know. They wouldn't have made alliances with the districts as apart of the rebellion. District 12 was destroyed, but gale saved many District 12 before the explosion and escaped to the woods. That is all you learn in that book, but there is more about the escape to be learned in the 3rd book.

In "Mockingjay," the third book in The Hunger Games trilogy, Katniss Everdeen helps overthrow the oppressive Capitol and becomes a symbol of hope for the rebellion. After a series of betrayals and sacrifices, the rebellion succeeds in bringing down the Capitol, but Katniss struggles with the aftermath and her own emotional scars. The book ends with Katniss finding peace and starting a new chapter in her life.
In the beginning of chapter 7, Peeta and Katniss discuss their strategies they will use in the games. Peeta can lift and Katniss can shoot arrows and hunt. Then, they go into training with the strict rules to not show off, but to learn something new. Then, they go into their private sessions with the gamemakers and Katniss shoots a apple out of a pig's mouth with an arrow and walks out.

Because he got a new friends
Well, Katniss Everdeen is a fictional character. If you mean where she was at the end of the books it would be District 12 which is somewhere near the Appalachia Mountains. So she could have been anywhere in the mountains from northern Alabama to southern edge of New York.
It's quite near the end I think it's in 23 or 24.
The author uses ominous language or imagery, introduces a new conflict or character, or creates a sense of unease or tension in the characters or setting to foreshadow that bad things are to come at the end of chapter 3.
In the beginning of the chapter, the author shows Samuel planning and packing for the new world with excitement and anticipation. However, toward the end of the chapter, the author portrays Samuel facing challenges and uncertainties in the new world, leading to growth and adaptation. The shift in Samuel's emotions and experiences from preparation to settling in highlight his journey of transformation.
