Itatchi never gives naruto powers, but he does give sasuke powers. he gives sasuke the Amaterasu, and susanoo.spoilers- itachi gives sasuke the powers right before he dies while fighting sasuke in episode 138-Amaterasu- when sasuke looks at someone, he can make black flames appear and attack them, water can't put it out, only a sharingan can do that. it makes sasuke's eyes bleed a lot when he does it though-Susanoo- summoning technique, where sasuke can summon a giant warrior, but only in peices (he can only summon one piece at a time, like the shield, or sword, arms, etc), susanoo carries a legendary sword, but only itachi has managed to get it, because he has mastered it, and can summon the whole thing.(True Answer) : Itachi gave naruto a power to stop sasuke from his huge hatred.

i think naruto is better than sasuke coz naruto gives importance to friends but sasuke ignored karin as well as tried to kill sakura who was then saved by naruto as well as naruto and sasuke both have grown getting new power but still the power given by itachi to naruto is still unknown which might become naruto's advantage. Then again, sauske has amaterasau,chidori,mangyekou sharingan,and kirin. He also has Hebi( later known as Taka) on his side. Sauske also posses the power of the white snake he stole from Orochimaru. Sauske accidently got the black fire from amatersau on Karin, but saved her. So i dissagree with the last answer. In total, they are both even.

But to be honest I really hope he does something none of us expect. Sasuke staying alive would be nice to though.I really hated Sasuke at begining, BUT now I realise his importance, as a guy who keep balance in the manga...His defection form vilage made this manga so dull, since the story was revolving only around Naruto and Sakura mainly, that is quite annoying...The wayI see it Sasuke is the last Uchiha, so that clan must live...Only way Sasuke make new clan is by having children, and seriously, I don't think Karen has more importance than Sakura and Hinata, because Sakura loves only Sasuke, and Hinata's only purpose in this manga is Naruto...Also Sakura is kind a better version of Karin, they are both violent, but Sakura has understanding and is not so obsesed by Sasuke as Karin...I think Sasuke will live, and live up to his fame...He will asume rolle of Jiraya, since Naruto needs to be Hokage, and Sasuke needs to be a vondering ninja...He will take Sakura as his wife....And Naruto stays with Hinata...Also Sasuke is not stupid to do same mistakes as Madara and Itachi...He will be generation that will make step ahead in Uchiha philosophy...
Does Hinata have any feelings for Sasuke?
No. He likes Hinata but as a friend, nothing more. The only way he would return her feelings if they have more development which won't happen this far in the series. Also, he would have to give up on winning over Sakura which is OOC of him. He never gives up on anything!
