it's between Rock Lee and Neji.I personally believe that Rock Lee has the potential to be stronger than Neji. However, since he cannot open his gates unless his life is in danger or to protect someone special, he cannot go to his full potential

Neji is Jonin for a reason. However, Lee being Chunin could be because of his lack of ninjutsu. So... personally, I think they'd be evenly matched.

I think neji is a lot stronger than rock lee because he is a jonin and rock lee is a chunin also neji was born with way more potential and is capable of using ninjitsu and gengitsu unlike rock lee but i think rock lee has a chance of winning if he opens up the 5 gates because he nearly killed gaara doing that

Iam sorry but you fail bro, all Chunins are at not evenly match and the same thing goes for Jonin. Naruto was still a genini in the beginning of shippuden and you can alrdy tell his stronger than sakura, even kakashi said that when naruto learned the rasen shuriken, that naruto was stronger than him. In my opinion I say rock lee would beat Neji it does not matter that neji is a jouin that only means that the hokage and other jounins thinks he's more suited to become a team leader. back in naruto, Shikamaru was the first one to become a Chunin but he would not even dear fight some one like shino or neji. But going by facts neji vs rock lee it is a draw. they both koed each other. you can look it up on naruto wiki.

When they fought at the Valley of the End, Sasuke managed to win and escaped to Otogakure no Sato (Hidden Sound Village). Now in Shippuden, I think Naruto could be stronger, that is, if he KNEW how to use Kyuubi's power he'd be much stronger. Sasuke has hatred and Naruto couldn't force himself to kill anyone. Sasuke probably wouldn't feel anything if he killed Naruto but Naruto might commit suicide if he accidentally kills Sasuke.

Actually sasuke is stronger cause his amertarasu put out the killerbee's 8 tails and all sasuke have to use is his sharingan

ur behind in the episodes like a lot... but i agree sasuke is better because when facing the raikage with just regular mangekyou sharingan and not dying, also keeping up with his attacks is great but then right after that fight he kills danzo who is a hidden leaf village elder and is very powerful (watch the fight). while naruto cant even keep up with the raikages move in the manga and raikage wasnt at full power with sage of 6 paths naruto but he was when facing sasuke. and now sasuke has eternal mangekyou sharingan which makes him even more powerful. his new sharingan allows him to use susanoo and amaterasu whenever he wants without going blind.'

Naruto would win! Rock Lee doesn't know the Rasengan, summoning, or the shadow clone jutsu barrage/naruto barrage. Naruto could easily beat him to a pulp.

that is wrong, rock lee has very good tai jutsu and he is very fast so he can escape naruto's moves no matter how strong they are.

PLUS don't forget Rock Lee has the strongets nin jutsu ever he can hit naruto with his amazing (LOVE HEARTS) just like he did to Sakura in episode 22.

I most likely agree with the answer up there. Lee is a bit overrated. In other words, if you include what has happened in the manga now, Lee would terribly loose. Lee would actually die once Naruto charges up chakra.

Naruto, Sasuke, or Gaara have far surpassed Lee. Lee is veribly as strong as Kiba and the others now. Neji, Shikamaru, Kankuro, and even Temari and Sakura, could defeat/kill Lee. Lee just isn't that strong anymore.

if you mean naruto shippuden it is naruto who is stronger..first of all because he is the main character in the series and never give ups. also even if he was'nt the main character i think he is stronger than him.. you must be thinking that i am leing because sasuke will have mangekyo sharingan so he will have ametarasu and sasuno'o, + for kirin....but think of naruto's side, just see the battle between naruto and lord pain/nagato, then you will know..

but if you are talking about the regular naruto then i think sasuke is stronger..no, wait!! i am sure of it because sasuke won him at the final valley were is the perfect setting for the fight and no inturruptions..................(i wish kakashi-sensei could have come 1 minute earlier to the fight)............

Some people think sasuke is stronger but that's just them. when naruto and sasuke fought sasuke nearly fainted fighting naruto in his nine tailed cloak form but in shippuden naruto can control his tails up to three wich will wipe sasuke out. Even naruto withought his tailed beast would make him even or a little stronger than sasuke because of naruto kekkei genkai. Naruto's kekkei genkai is unkown because of the the nine tailed fox but the fact naruto can control the nine tails from taking over his body is his abnormal chakra. Naruto's kekkei genkai chakra does something with his body that gives him outstanding stamina wich lets him withstand powerful attacks like chidori. also naruto is always coming up with amazing tricks like : clone rocket, clone whip, shuriken tranfomation, giant rasengan, and odama rasengan. If all of that didn't sell you on naruto is stronger than sasuke then its time for my trump card......... NARUtO HAS THE NINE TAILED FOX IN HIM DUUUURRRRRRRRRR!!!!!!!!!!!!!
