well, in the beginning of the film when cobb and arthur are trying to extract information from saito, they were trying to extract his corporations expansion plans because they were hired by a company called COBOL engineering, but they failed because saito knew what they were up to and held the information back. and as cobb said, "the corporation that hired us wont accept failure", and when saito offers cobb the chance to go back to his children by performing inception on fischer, he forms his team. and one of his team members is eames, the forger. but eames lives in Mombasa. and as arthur says "that's COBOLs backyard" so when cobb gets to Mombasa, he gains many tails that want to either kill or capture him. and, again, as cobb says "that price on my head, was the dead or alive?". and as you know there is a big chase scene. and after, eames, cobb, and saito go to see yusuf.
