lvl 1 is a very basic sharingan it helps slow things down so you can Dodge easier and see opponents chakra so they wont be able to hide. lvl 2 is a bit more complex then lvl 1 because it not only slows things down and all but it also makes your movements faster and stronger. lvl 3 is the maxed out normal sharingan it has a major imapact on the speed of everyone around you. it also makes you stronger faster and able to copy other peoples jutsu by seeing there chakra flow and their seals you can mimic them perfectly. lvl 3 sharingan also amplifies genjutsu. mengekyo sharingan (ITACHI'S VERSION) IT IS OPTAINED BY KILLING YOUR BEST FRIEND IT HAS EVERYTHING LVL 3 HAS BUT EVERYTHING IS SLIGHTLY INHANCED AND IT ALSO ADDS THREE NEW JUTSU'S WHICH ARE AMATERASU FLAME OUT OF THE LEFT EYE AND TSUKIYOMI A VERY POWERFUL GENJUTSU WHICH IS IMPOSSIBLE TO COUNTER UNLESS YOU HAVE A STRONGER SHARINGAN OR SAME LEVEL IT IS ABLE TO CAUSE A COMA AND IT CAN END A MATCH IN A MERE SECOND. The Sharingan allows the user to copy and opponent's jutsu or attack which the Mangekyou Sharingan lets the users use it to attack with powerful attacks; Amaterasu, Tsukiyomi, and once using both, Susano'o. Though the Mangekyou Sharingan sounds powerful, every time the user uses it, their eyesight slowly decreases.
