Madoka Magica is the story of a young girl named Madoka Kaname. One day while at the mall with her best friend Sayaka Miki she comes across a strange, but very cute, creature named Kyubey being attack by the new transfer student, Homura Akemi. Another girl from their school named Mami Tomoe comes along and saves Kyubey and explains what Kyubey is. He is a sentient being with the power to grant any wish you want, however in exchange you must become a magical girl and fight witches for the rest of your life. Madoka and Sayaka decide to become magical girls so they can help stop witches and make the world a better place. Things then takes a turn for the worst, and then it gets worst, and worst...
