His Favorite food was Simply Water and Rice according to what he said in a interview i read of him... i bet it was really something more but what he said is what im going by.

to add to the above answer. Kurt liked Kraft Macaroni and cheese, Pizza(specially mini pepperoni), and tv dinners. once, the record company was going to put on a reception for NIRVANA, and kurt requested junk food!

but with the stomach trouble he had, I bet the rice option was easier to digest.
