First there a pretend couple, then they're just friends (while their still a pretend couple), then Katniss finds out she really DOES love Peeta, then in the end of the last book Mockinjay, she marries him.

∙ 11y agoIn front of the crowd, their relationship is great. They are the star crossed lovers in front of the Capital. But behind the camera, Peeta is hurt because Katniss doesn't really love him. Katniss is unsure whether or not she does love him.
