There is a battle of Hogwarts between the Death Eaters and Hogwarts in which Harry sacrifices himself but comes back because he secretly was a horcrux and the killing curse only killed that piece. While Harry is pretending to be dead Neville kills Nagini, the last horcrux, with the sword of Godric Gryffendoor now making Voldemort mortal so Harry can kill him, which he does. The epilogue shows 17 years in the future where Harry has three children, lily, James, and Albus Severus with Ginny, Ron and Hermione have two, rose and i forget, and mentions teddy, remus lupin and tonks' son alon with Victoria probably bill's daughter.
Ron and Hermione get married and have children, Harry and Ginny get married and have children whom they send to Hogwarts at the last scene.

Throughout the battle, Harry was using Draco Malfoy's wand, which he had previously stolen. Stealing the wand from Draco made Harry the owner of the Elder wand which Voldemort was using. After Voldemort's death, Harry used the Elder wand to fix his own holly and phoenix feather, then returned the Elder wand to Dumbledore's grave.
Voldemort's wand is a yew and phoenix feather wand. The phoenix feather in the center of Voldemort's wand is from Fawkes (Prof. Dumbledore's pet) the same phoenix who donated another feather for the center of Harry Potter' wand. J.K. Rowling has said that she chose yew for Voldemort because it is poisonous, and symbolilzes death.
The spell nox is the opposite of lumos. Lumos causes light to appear at the end of the caster's wand, so nox extinguishes the light emitting from the wand.
The only wand we know Dumbledore to own in the books is the Elder's Wand, although it is reasonable to assume that he had a wand previously as he was able to defeat someone to get the wand (not going to say who). If you ignore the end of the sixth book and the entire of the seventh book, Dumbledore still has the Elder's Wand's allegiance, and as the Elder's Wand is the most powerful wand in the wizarding world, Dumbledore's wand would be much more powerful than Harry's. It is suggested in the books that the wands themselves don't actually differ in power (excluding the Elder's Wand of course), but the power actually lies with the wizard or witch controlling them. So if Dumbledore didn't own the Elder's Wand, both his and Harry's wands would probably be the same in power.
Draco was the actual master of the elder wand because Dumbledore's death was already planned, so when Snape killed him, it wasn't actually a takeover of the wand. Because Draco was the last to disarm Dumbledore, or 'take' his wand, it recognized Draco as it's master. This is how Voldemort was ultimately killed, because Harry was using Draco's original wand. The elder wand recognized the wand as its master's, so Voldemort's killing curse was turned back upon him. However, Draco never actually had the Elder Wand in his possession. He never even knew he was the master until Harry revealed it.

The composition and length of Ginny's wand was never released. She bought her wand from Ollivanders, who uses Phoenix Feathers, Unicorn Hair and Dragon Heartstrings for his cores.

Harry defeats Voldemort and Harry decides not to keep the Elder Wand.
Voldemort gets the Elder Wand, and the digging of Dobby's grave begins.
You mean the Elder Wand at the end of the last film? It's for dramatic effect, symbolising him being the wand's true master.
Harry steals Malfoy's wand. And then, after winning the all-powerful Elderwand* from Voldy's clutches, he repairs his old wand, and chucks the all powerful wand. * The elderwand is ALL powerful. It allows its wielder to win any wizarding duel, no matter what ((unless you aren't its rightful owner) in this case, the person who kills the master of the wand becomes the true owner. It can not be picked off the ground and be expected to perform correctly)) It is fifteen inches long, and has a core of Thestral tail hair, "a tricky substance that only wizards that mastered death can control". It was made by Death itself.
In order to win The Rise of the Phoenix King on the Nickelodeon website, you have to play until Aang loses. The game goes on without end until that happens.
Harry's wand reproduces some of voldermorts magic. It recognised an old foe and repeled his wand. This is explained in the end of the Deathly Hallows.
The Death Wand? I assume you mean the Elder Wand? Harry defeated Lord Voldemort at the end of Deathly Hallows by his signature spell, Expelliarmus. If the wand is defeated, its conqueror holds its power.
Phoenix Christ ended in 2007.
