∙ 14y agoNone....Tsunade isn't dead yet. She's just in the hospital due to pein. So you won't be able to find her dead in any chapter yet. If you'd like to see when and how Tsunade gets puts into the hospital you can start reading from chapter 430 which is when Naruto returns from his sage training and returns to Konoha, which is in kinda ruins due to Pein, and is about to face Pein.

Shizune does die because her soul was taken but her body was not damaged so basically she didn't die because the never did anything to her soul and also later pain brought everyone back they killed.
