Ino and Sakura are both kunoichi who represent the village of Konoha. They were best friends when they were younger, but when they both found out that they liked Sasuke Uchiha, Sakura called Ino her rival. Years later, when Sasuke left the village to train under Orochimaru, they both seem to be getting along again and are good friends. The pair 'InoxSaku' is often used in Fanfiction but they are not a couple.

lol its not a real jutsu. when sakura turns into a giant that's actually her inner self (Inner Sakura). if you watched the episode, sakura vs ino, when ino went into sakuras mind, Inner Sakura emerged and was able to overthrow ino to get out of her body. There was also the part where ino said that sakura had like two minds (sakuras inside is stronger than a normal person).
