Ranma and akane only kiss once in the anime that is ranma kisses akane subconsciously in the episode you really do hate cats, when he was in cat state. But they did kind of kiss, kind of...in the episode kissing is such sweet sorrow the taking of akane's lips, when they did a Romeo and Juliet play and akane tricked ranma when he was gonna kiss her she put tape on his mouth so their lips technically didnt touch and kinda did but still its sweet :D (it was soo obvious ranma wanted to kiss her hahahah)

But Ranma thought he was a cat and has no memory of it. So, it doesn't really count, just depends on your point of view. The episode was really funny, actually.

Yes. In the 12th OVA episode "The Two Akanes! "Ranma, Look at Me!" When the Tendo's go to stay at an Inn on a trip, there is a doll that Ranma ends up breaking which happens to possessed and takes over Akane's body. She tells Ranma to look at her, and undoes her robe. Interesting, huh? Haha.
