No, Ranma and Akane never 'officially' get married, but the closest they come to is in the last volume of the manga when they do get ready to do so :). The manga brings more closure with the two characters than the Anime did, so I suggest to read it because of Ranma's final HUGE love confession in the last volume :).
In the very last episode, Ranma and Akane have the last line...they say the same thing at the same time and it's the very last line in Ranma 1/2. They say: "See ya!" (In my opinion: that is a horrible ending lol!)
The last episode of SM(in Japanese) is 200-Usagi~s love! The moonlight lights up the galaxy! And the Last episode of sailor moon in English is 166 i seen them all lol
Well, I would have to say the Manga fulfills more of what audiences want to see happen between Ranma and Akane. As much as I love Rumiko Takahashi's work, she tends to leave her Anime at cliffhangers.
not that i know of. i think cause its a show on nick that they wont have it but ill see
Why?.............................Any ways you will not be able to see that again......

Ranma does not marry Akane, but he goes up to her bedroom to see her standing in the wedding dress to a possible wedding that could have happen, if it wasn't for Happosai and other fiancees wrecking the dojo...

Episode 161 "Boy Meets Mom - Part 2: Someday, Somehow..." Ranma's mom comes to the Tenjo Dojo and Ranma continues to attempt to reveal himself to his mom, all attempts denied by Genma while Akane tries to help Ranma. Ranma's mom ends up leaving after Ranma makes a brave attempt as a guy to save her but fails to get his mom to see him as a man before a rainstorm appeared out of nowhere and turns him into a girl.

The question isn't finished but I assume suitors or rivals, or his curse? So I'll answer those. His suitors. Ranma likes the attention, and it fills his head that he's a lady man. Really the two suitors that get on his nerves are Kodachi and when Shampoo pounces him. No one likes being poisoned and knocked out to be taken advantage of per say, no one likes being knocked over and then get punched to the face by Akane. Ranma see's Ukyo as just his friend, and Shampoo is too stubborn to get it. Kodachi is just plain insane. Rivals. Ryoga is like Ranma frienimie, friend but enemy in the battle of love. Kuno, is pretty stupid and stubborn like his sister but not a nut case. Mousse won't back off unless Shampoo backs off from Ranma. His curse. My goodness he comes so close but, no he never cures it. He is given the Nannichuan at the very end of the Manga but it's kind of the course of the Anime/Manga he is never cured.
