They don't. In one episode of shippuden, Sakura says something about how she used to love him, but after he and Naruto left the village, she was all alone. She realized who she missed more: Naruto. She said that she was ready to accept that he wasn't coming back, and she moved on. In the episode, you can see the pain in his face when she said that. (that is why it is one of my favorite episodes

∙ 8y agoSasuke has'nt kissed Sakura yet. And with Shippuuden turning out the way its going, I dont think he will. Sakura may just be falling for Naruto. And i dont think he showed much intreest in her anyway, calling her "annoying", or "troublesome."

∙ 12y agoNot so far in any of the episodes. But they do hug and Sasuke puts his hand on Sakura's mouth to keep her quiet but that's about it.
There are rumors that Masashi Kishimoto likes SasuSaku and NaruHina so it may be possible but that is if Naruto succeeded bringing Sasuke back to Konoha.
