Yes it was one of the 6 pein that is in Yahiko body he killed him by using a nail and sort of used his power to flick it and went in his head. But later in the chapter when narruto returns he killed all 6 pein and go to nagato (the person who is controlling all 6 pein) and talk to him so nagato revieved all of the villagers (not tsunade she's not dead just in a coma)
