*correction* Actually in the movie he is...which is what the asker is regarding. Aro is about to kill Bella before Alice interupts and informs him that Bella will be a vampire.

∙ 13y agoAro says something in Italian, but I am pretty sure that it means, "Perhaps not yours either," meaning, when Bella says, "You don't know a thing about his soul," he is surprised that she would give her life for someone he doesn't think has a soul, when in fact, Bella thinks he does. And Aro thinks that it is bizarre that Edward and Bella are in love. But, Aro says, "Perhaps not yours, either," in Italian to show his puzzlement.
