It depends on the child. Are they constantly wanting to stay home or do they have a real reason for wanting to stay home. You should allow them freedom to choose but the parent has the last say.
That will be for him and his partner to decide in private.
If you decide to go to the moon
Some almost qualify in a different sense as Kiddy P*rn. There have been plots on TV and other cartoons with- for example Homosexuality as a plot device ( Top Cat) an Air Force officer living off-base and shacking-up ( I had no idea what that meant) in Steve Canyon, and sickening humor poking fun at mentally-retarded people in animal form in (Baby Huey) , also some disturbing racist content. cartoons essentially run roughshod and are not subject to the same oversight as movies or prime time. There is even a more or less musical sitcom cartoons based in part on the career of a well-known rock producer currently occupying the Big House. one episode- the River Ritz is a slightly geared down version of what Actually Happened in the Neptune Motor Lodge ( water angle retained!) in about l96l. seems there was a publicity shot of three girls ( of a well known rock band) in an oversized bath tub. great fun, until one of them called her mother, who then called the police.. this stuff is Kiddy P*rn II.
To be honest, I don't think it's anyone's business. If Cody wants to tell the world whether or not he's circumcised let him decide.
Only the person viewing the work can decide for himself or herself if it's "art" - we all have different likes and dislikes. Critics may say that such and such is "Good" or "Bad", but you really have to decide for yourself.
If the parents are of faith and go to church, then they should bring their young children with them to give them a base of learning on religion from which to decide. But if, after the children reach the age where they can decide for themselves, they decide they don't want to go, then the parents need to respect their child's feelings about it and not force them to go if they don't want to. Also, if, when the young children become older, they decide they prefer to try another faith, then they should be allowed that choice, too.
Popular sovereignty
Under popular sovereignty, the decision on whether slavery would be allowed in a territory is typically made by the residents of that territory through a vote or referendum. This allows the people living in the area to determine the status of slavery based on majority rule.

The awareness of the size of industry and potential production will decide whether a business should enter other markets
The child himself can not decide whether he should be adopted or not, only his guardians or the court decide this.
Parents can provide guidance and support in helping their children choose a course of study, but ultimately the decision should be made by the child based on their interests, abilities, and career goals. It is important for children to feel autonomous and empowered to make decisions about their own future. Parents can offer advice, but the final decision should rest with the child.
People in Utah and New Mexico got to vote to decide if they wanted to be a slave or free state.
I believe that competitive exams should be held as the child can prove himself if he is unable to do so as there are many subjects in school. And it should be optional. Children should decide whether they want to take part in some competitive exams or not. Parents should also keep in mind that thy should not force their children to take part. Thus competitive exams should be held and the child should decide if he wants to take part
No I don't think parents should decide who their children should marry or date. It's the child's decision and feelings. I say if you really love that person then it shouldn't matter
A judge typically decides which cases should proceed to trial based on the evidence presented by the prosecuting attorney during a preliminary hearing. However, in some jurisdictions, a grand jury may also determine whether there is enough evidence to proceed to trial.
