Some almost qualify in a different sense as Kiddy P*rn. There have been plots on TV and other Cartoons with- for example Homosexuality as a plot device ( Top Cat) an Air Force officer living off-base and shacking-up ( I had no idea what that meant) in Steve Canyon, and sickening humor poking fun at mentally-retarded people in animal form in (Baby Huey) , also some disturbing racist content. cartoons essentially run roughshod and are not subject to the same oversight as movies or prime time. There is even a more or less musical sitcom cartoons based in part on the career of a well-known rock producer currently occupying the Big House. one episode- the River Ritz is a slightly geared down version of what Actually Happened in the Neptune Motor Lodge ( water angle retained!) in about l96l. seems there was a publicity shot of three girls ( of a well known rock band) in an oversized bath tub. great fun, until one of them called her mother, who then called the police.. this stuff is Kiddy P*rn II.

Not really because it has to be right for their age,for example if a 4 year old watches sex on TV that's not right for a 4 year old to watch.If the 4 year old watches educational TV that's ok because it's teaching the 4 year old things.14 Year olds are prob. allowed to watch whatever they want more than 4 year olds but they still should be careful what they watch on tv.It's prob.best for parents to decide when children are under 18 years old because alot of TV Shows can be addicting and it's not good to be addicted to the shows when children are in school.Because if children are addicted to their favorite TV Shows while they're in school,they could fail their schoolwork or flunk their quizzes.And alot of children hate homework more then watching TV and Movies,they'd rather have fun more than do homework.Children are prob.allowed to watch the old shows but prob. either one show a day or half an hour of TV but it would be best if they watch no TV during the school year and more TV during the summer that way they won't fail school.It would also be best if Children don't get the old TV Shows on DVD because that would be selfish and they're not allowed to have them at all.Children under 18 years old are not allowed to have the old TV Shows on DVD,they can watch them on TV but they're not allowed to have the DVDs.Children 18 years old and older are allowed to have the old TV Shows on DVD,they're also allowed to watch them on TV.Only Children 18 years old and older are allowed to have the old TV Shows on DVD that means no children or teenagers are allowed to have the old shows on DVD.

Yes They are because unlike children and teenagers adults have more freedom than children and teenagers,they don't have to go to school and do schoolwork like children have to.adults can watch whatever they want and they can get the old tv shows on DVD but children and teenagers can't because they're not allowed to have the old tv shows on DVD.Adults are allowed to have the old tv shows on DVD like The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air,Saved By The Bell,Home Improvement,Family Matters or any other old tv shows even the old Nickelodeon shows.Well maybe the children and teenagers can have the old Nickelodeon shows on DVD but they're not allowed to have The Fresh Prince Of Bel-Air,Saved By The Bell,Home Improvement,Family Matters or any of the other old tv shows.

They can have the younger kid TV Shows but not the older children TV Shows.Only Adults are allowed to have the older children TV Shows,they can have any TV show on DVD they want but children and teenagers are not allowed to have the older children TV Shows.
