no unfortunately. itachi is a genjutsu user and even though medical ninjas are supposed to be good at fending off genjutsu, itachi has the mangekyo sharingan that can give off the most powerful genjutsu attacks. plus itachi has long range ninjutsu which is not a good match up for taijutsu and he has higher speed than her.
