No,not at all. Sasuke does not have anytime for girls,he is training to beat Itachi,and even if he did,he still wouldn't like Sakura. It's hard to tell, really. I rather think he shows affection for her in a different way. He cares for her well-being and safety. But in part two is a little more complicated than Part 1.
