The only reason Sasuke killed Itachi was becasue Itchi killed nearly everyone in the Uchiha Clan. So he had to get his revenge. Kabuto really didn't have mauch of a part in that except for munipulating him into thinking he would help him get stronger to fight Itachi

I mean that itachi was able to prove that his clan isn't behind the 9 tails so he did it for Sasuke so why didn't Sasuke think about that?
Sasuke is "blind" by the hatred he has for his brother. Itachi had shown him that he was responsible for the Massacre. The whole reason behind it was to make Sasuke stronger.
Will Naruto ever save Sasuke?
I don't think that sasuke will return to konoha after what had happened to Itachi...but i believe that he will at least be friend with naruto and sakura again now that Itachi is gone...after all Itachi was the reason he abandoned the village and his team...but that's only my opinion
