Yes, but the anime skips around a lot and glosses over a lot of things talked about in-depth in the manga.
Also, Season 4 of "Inuyasha" is almost completely fillers. The anime had caught up to the manga already published, and, to avoid halting production altogether, created completely random episodes that didn't serve a large plot purpose (so that they wouldn't interrupt the real story). Such as the character Ayame, created in the anime to be Koga's bride-to-be, even though she didn't exist in the manga.
The manga, as with any book to a movie, is a lot better than the anime, but both are excellent!!
She dies for the last time in chapter 465 in the manga, the chapter is called "Light"

The Final Act is the last season of Inuyasha. It covers the final volumes of the manga. It is unlikely the series will continue, but they may make another movie.
