Hi, there. I didn't put the answer above. I just want to tell you that they never kiss, in the anime nor the manga. Though, in the manga chapter 437, she does tell him that she loves him. We haven't gotten an answer back, yet, from Naruto. Nobody knows, except the creator, what will happen between them. Sorry to disappoint you, but they never kiss.

there was the episode where after Sasuke leaves they go on another mission 2 find him and they fight that guy with the huge blade an naruto jumps in the way and gets stabbed really deep in the back to save sakuras life and she gets all omg naruto i cant believe u did that 4 me!

Naruot does not love Hinata as of yet. I rely do hope that they will fall in love. I though after Hinata confessed to Naruto as she was fighting Pain that was rely cute in my opinion. I think Naruto still like Sakura Haruno though witch in my opinon is a bad match. Sakura belongs with Sasuke. so, no Naruto did not fall in love with Hinata but I hope he does!
