It is possible that Naruto and Hinata will kiss in Shippuden (in the future, that is...).
However I think the fact that Hinata told naruto she love's him in manga chapter 437 makes a relationship even more likely but taking into account that naruto may still have feelings for Sakura, I'm sure the producers will pair up naruto and hinata when they run out of storyline ideas and i think that from the comments the public is giving them it seems likely.
