You mean his half-brother Bertram, he first appears in Emission Impossible and returns in Sibling Rivalry, his final appearance (aside from him being the final boss in the Family Guy Video Game) is The Big Bang Theory. He also makes a return appearance in the video game, Back to the Multiverse.
She isn't gay. She pretended to be a lesbian in the episode Brian Sings and Swings but she's liked & had sex with so many guys, it's rather apparent she is not gay.
I can't find an episode where they both are, but you may be recalling S07|E13Stew-Roids when Bonnie asks Lois to put lotion on her back.

The episode was "Bango Was His Name-o", the second part of a three part episode where Stewie travels with Brian to San Francisco to supposedly find his real father...whom he discovers on TV thanks to the TiVO.

In the Episode 15 of Season 4 "Brian Goes Back to College", Peter and his friends find Brian, who is writing a report for the local newspaper. When Peter and his friends win the costume contest, Brian writes a report about it, and is later telephoned by a member of The New Yorker, who tell him they would like him to work for their magazine. Brian is initially given a warm welcome by the staff, but he is immediately fired after he informs them he never graduated from college.
They find out in episode 41.
Begging on the streets
She stumbles out of Hershel's barn, a walker, in season two, episode 7, Pretty Much Dead Already.
The Wizard of Oz has been featured or referenced in... The Former Life of Brian, Peter's Progress, Quagmire's Baby, I Never Met The Dead Man, PTV, The Story on Page One. There may be more but that's all I can think of. Try a web search to find the rest.
"Funny" or "Better" are too subjective to really provide a definitive answer for this question. It simply depends on your sensibilities, taste and what you find funny. Now if 20 people vote Family Guy & 10 vote American Dad, it could suggest that Family Guy is preferred over American Dad but that still doesn't necessarily mean it IS funnier.
I can't find that this happens in a Family Guy episode. I believe it happens in a Simpsons episode. I think Bart of Darkness.
