The First time is in episode 13:"The Mystery of the New Moon and the Black-haired InuYasha", Episode 44:"Kaijinbo's Evil Sword", Episode 57 and 58: Fateful Night in Togenkyo Part I" and Fateful Night in Togenkyo Part II", Episode 66 and 67: "Naraku's Barrier - Kagura's Decision" and "The Howling Wind of Betrayal", and in Season 5 of InuYasha due to the Scared Barrier surrounding Mt. Hakurei; the barrier forces Inuyasha to become Human in Episodes 118 or 119 to 120 until Miroku and Sango break the barrier around the island allowing InuYasha to revert back to his half-demon state. But otherwise the person who wrote the following answer above is also correct too.
