Kakashi reveals that the Rasengan is an incomplete jutsu as he is not able to combine his own elemental chakra affinity into it, just as it's creator, the Fourth Hokage couldn't do. He then presumes that Naruto might be the first one to be able to do so. Kakashi reminds Narutothat creating a technique requires combining nature transformation with shape transformation. By completing hisWind Release training he has the former, and since he can already perform the Rasengan he has the latter. Naruto concludes that creating a new technique will be easy since he has already mastered both components, but Kakashi corrects him by showing that he can also use the Rasengan. Combining nature transformation with the Rasengan was too difficult for Kakashi and the Rasengan's creator, the Fourth Hokage. ∙ 12y agoYou first see rinnegan during the Pein/Pain Arc, where the six or seven realms of Pein attack Konoha. This arc in Naruto Shippuden starts at episode 152 all the way to 175. After the death of Nagato and several chapters/episodes later, Madara gains Rinnegan, but as far as I know there is no episode of Madara gaining Rinnegan yet.

Why is a plain rasengan said to be a wind type jutsu in the yamato-naruto combo move?
the rasengan was a move invented by the 4th hokage, I dont really understand what your asking but I can explain a bit about it. The rasengan was a move that was not fully developed so the 4th hokage named it rasengan knowing he could not go any further with it. Naruto (in naruto shippuden) did some intense training and learned to develop the rasengan with his wind style chakra to make the ultimate move. He created rasengan wind shuriken which he called rasenshuriken. The Rasenshuriken creates countless microscopic wind blades. They sever all the nerve channels in the body and they also attack all the chakra points. Sorry if I didnt answer your question properly. Not even medical ninjutsu can repair the damage done.

there are so many its really hard to tell but personally i would think Futon: Rasenshuriken because it combines chakra control which kakashi had said that even jounin still have trouble with, you need a massive quantity of chakra, you have to learn rasengan which took the 4th 3 years to learn and he was considered a genius, no one else in the world can do it but naruto, you have to be able to use nature chakra and infuse it with the rasengan whilst keeping a steady flow of both chakra and not disrupting anything or it'll blow up in you face, not even the 4th, jiraya or kakashi could accomplish doing it and two of those people were called geniuses, one was the greatest hokage yet, and the other one of the Legendary Sanin... Also it would take years and years and years and years to master it and could be shortened if you could do mass shadow clone justsu and have a ridiculous amount of chakra to complete the training Naruto went through. Kakashi said that only Naruto could go through that training because of those attributes and i would like to think also cause his resilience so other people who would try that training would probably die......

I'd say, base on a head on attack, their equal in power, but strategically, rasengan wins. Rasengan is equal to chidori, because rasengan is only shape manipulation and chidori is both nature and shape manipulation. But, because rasengan's shape manupulation is at such a high level, it seems to equal off with chidori. In the matter of a rasenshuriken, which is a shape and nature manipulation at such a high level, that it's in a different league than chidori. Lighning is inferior to wind. however, the rasenshuriken is at a disadvantage against fire jutsu because wind makes fire stronger. So naruto and sasuke are equally powerful unless one learns a new jutsu. but sasuke has two chakra properties (fire and lightning) and naruto only has one (wind) but naruto can learn 1000 times faster (shadow clones (Naruto vol. 36)) than sasuke when sasuke relies on drugs (courtesy of kabuto). But, remember to take in matter of Sasuke's sharingan (mangekyou sharingan too). Naruto is physically stronger now, because of his Sage Mode, but Sasuke still has his sharingan, and there are still many things to learn about the power of the sharingan like how there is the level of an "ultimate sharingan". Sasuke may soon come into possession of this power (Uchiha Madara posesses this too), because he may already obtained Itachi's eyes. But the one thing sasuke has that naruto doesn't is an attitude. also the rasengan was developed by the fourth hokage and the chidori was developed by kakashi rasengan wins anyday. What does Shippuden mean in English?
Shippuden is the continued part of Naruto. It takes place 2 years prior to the end of Naruto, with Naruto, Sasuke and Sakura being around 15 years old. Naruto comes back to Konoha after training with Jiraiya for 2 and a half years, Sakura becomes a skilled medic ninja by training under Tsunade and Sasuke is still the apprentice to Orochimaru. Shippuden has a whole different plot from Naruto and is very confusing if you never watched Naruto before, or if your staring the series from Shippuden.
