Yes in the book Eclipse. He does after he tells Bella he is in love with her then Bella punches him and breaks her hand.(p.330-331 of Eclipse) I don't know if you would call this forcefully but also in Eclipse before the battle, Jacob tells Bella he will die in battle since she does not love him back. Bella asks him to kiss her then. I say that is forcefully because he tricked Bella into doing it.(p.525-529 of Eclipse)
