If you call their 800 number you can explain the situation, they will ask you for your name and your order number. What they will do is void the old tickets so that if someone else finds them they will not be able to get into the concert and sit in your seats. They will then send you brand new valid tickets for the same exact seats.
If that doesn't work you may be able to obtain a refund under certain conditions if you used a credit card. Contact the credit card company and enquire. Generally speaking, however, unlike most household items, your insurance company will not cover mysterious disappearances of dated items.
