Although fairly equally matched in different ways, a giraffe would probably win. The power behind a swing of the neck would be more than enough to knock down a rhinoceros. Plus the rhino would not be able to get close enough to do any serious damage, due to the long reach of the giraffe's powerful leg kicks.
