What would happen if a girl proposed to a guy??.... hmmm we'll here are 7 words to answer that question, no girl should propose to any guy!!!! If the guy hasn't proposed yet it's either cause he's not ready or thinks your not ready. It's different if they agree to marry toghether, but i personally think the guy should propose to the girl during a special or romantic moment of their life.

Well to be honest, it depends on how the girl feels about the guy... the memories they have together.. they moments they shared. If she really loves him and decides that she DOES want to spend the rest of her life with this man, then she will most certainly say yes :) (unless her parents are strict and they dissaprove of him...)
If she just likes him a lot as her boyfriend, and the boyfriend proposes to her, then she might hesitate and think about it a lot and then answer..
For me, I don't like it when guys try to propose in public. The lady is then under lots of pressure and she might say no when she wants to say yes, or she says yes when she wants to say no. Considering that everyone is watching, it's quite akward and all. But, that's just my opinion.
