Justin Bieber's influence on people is mixed. There are many girls who say that they want to marry him, but due to the fact he has a famous girlfriend whom he does not defend against death threats, he's a hypocrite. Also, his voice is mainly criticized because of it's pitch, which is apparently appealing to many girls. Of course, as this is temporary, it is blatantly obvious that Justin Bieber is another media fad, and will not be famous or have a famous girlfriend in 10, maybe even 5, years time.

Of course, the majority of pre-teenage girls love Justin Bieber, but whilst these girls account for a small minority altogether, many people would rather idolize somebody who has contributed to society in the past. People like Paul McCartney, who is a member of the Animal Right Organization, or John Lennon, who made the idea of world peace seem attainable.
