Yes Sasuke deos kill itachi also itachi would of won the battle but itachi let sasuke kill him,during the battle he kept coughing out blood because he has a disease, Itachi wanted to fight sauske in his weakeast state so sasuke could get his revenge and obtain Mangekyou Sharingan its odvious that itachi could wipe sauske with Amaterasu or Mangekyou but he didnt ,later on Madara/Tobi tells sauske why itachi killed the uchiha clan now sasuke is angry and wants to destroy the hidden leaf village because they were the one that told his brother to kill the clan

as i think, yes. because if he revolves against konoha, and fights naruto, narutos special powers, especially, that given by itachi, will activate and stop sauske to go against konoha.
