yes luffy does have haki , all three ,they are known as the ultimate weapons .Rayleigh taught him ,Kenbunshoku haki which allows the user to sense all living things , for instance monitoring how many enemies there are and what their next move is.Bososhuko haki allows the user to use their spirit as armor to defend against attacks or to make their own attacks more potent; and Haoshoku Haki, a rare type of Haki only one in a million can use which grants the user the ability to overpower the will of others. Most people who can use Haki tend to have a type they're better at and as a result focus on that type. However, a person can improve their abilities with all the types of Haki, it just requires more work.

Luffy first uses Kenbunshoku haki to realize that Juracule Mihawk was going to cut his hands if he had stretched them, Bososhuko haki, luffy infuses his punch with Bososhuko haki ,this destroyed a pacifista with one blow (which took the whole crew to do with all their efforts) also he used this to make contact with smoker even in his smoke form and caribou (this haki is most convenient with devil fruit users especially logia types.)Finally Haoshoku haki this was first seen against Duval on his bull and at the marine Ford when Ace was about to be executed .
