He tolerates them and respects their strength (if they are strong) he certainly expresses no particular interest in them but then he doesn't really treat anyone nicely per se. By most of the episodes Sasuke is attacked by girls being so in love with him. For example: Ino and Sakura; They actually have fights for Sasuke. Every time a girl rushes over to Sasuke and try to hug him etc. He keeps on hating women who try to flirt with him. He finds it so annoying he comments to Sakura 'You're only in my way'.
