No, Ranma and Akane never 'officially' get married, but the closest they come to is in the last volume of the manga when they do get ready to do so :). The manga brings more closure with the two characters than the Anime did, so I suggest to read it because of Ranma's final HUGE love confession in the last volume :).
In the very last episode, Ranma and Akane have the last line...they say the same thing at the same time and it's the very last line in Ranma 1/2. They say: "See ya!" (In my opinion: that is a horrible ending lol!)
The DVD was out in Japan last January 29 2010, people have uploaded it on youtube february 7 or something :D too bad there are no English dubs of it out yet, only fan subs or the official subs are out
Akane comes home with some sweet smelling insense, which piques Happosai's interest. He tries to share some of his special brand with her, but Ranma fans it in his face causing him to pass out. It seemed he had planned to molest Akane while she slept. That night, after he awakens, Happosai sneaks into Ranma's room and mixes the Incense of Spring Sleep intending to cause Ranma to sleep all through spring
There are three movies out for the Ranma 1/2 series. Lots of people say four something about OVA but the thing is one of the three movies is an OVA in a lot of little episodes so look out for that and enjoy. :P
not sure about EVERY single anime... but Ranma 1/2 (Akane/Ranma)
There are three Ranma 1/2 movies with one OAV : 1) Ranma ½: Big Trouble in Nekonron, China , 2) Ranma ½: Nihao My Concubine , 3) Ranma ½: One Flew Over the Kuno's Nest and 4) Ranma ½ OAV .
Ranma 1/2 is an anime series about a 16 y/o boy Ranma Saotome who turns into a girl when splashed with cold water and a back into a male when splashed with hot water (hence 1/2).
you can read it on the internet under 'Ranma Manga'

Ranma 1/2 is about a 16 year old boy named Ranma Saotome who is a martial artists but due to his own father's carelessness during a training trip to the cursed springs of Jusenkyo, he now has to deals with a curse that makes him half female, when doused with cold water. To make things more complicated, Ranma's father engages him to a short tempered tomboy girl Akane Tendo, in hope to for the teens to carry on the Tendo dojo legacy. How so? Being that Akane isn't exactly amused with Ranma, at all. First impressions stick for life. Things become hectic for Ranma's new life in Nerima, Tokyo having to deal with odd balls, and rivals after Akane, and even Ranma's girl side affection! With Ranma's ability to put his foot in his mouth, and Akane's temper, there somehow is room for a love story, with all these crazy battles. Perhaps :).
That is OVA (original video animation) Its Ranma OVA episode 12
