Is ranma 1 2 is going to be a new series or is it just episode 13?
It is just an anniversary OVA, it is almost impossible that ranma 1\2 continues, there is little interest in japan after so much time, and I don't think takahashi rumiko (the author) would be interested.

We're not really sure when its gonna come out or if it will ever come out because they said that if the ova 13 DVD that was released last January 29 2010 sells well they will recontinue the ranma series so lets all hope that ranma DVD sold well :D
