No, Naruto does not become part of the Akatsuki. He couldn't even if he wanted to because he has the nine tailed fox inside of him and the Akatsuki want to extract the nine tails out of him for Madara's 'Moon Eye'. It's not probable that Naruto will ever join the Akatsuki.
Sasuke wasn't actually in the Akatsuki. Sasuke made a group called "Falcon" and Tobi offered "Falcon" to help the Akatsuki. eventually "Falcon" and the Akatsuki had the same outfits but that didn't last long.
