Yes, if when you say arms you mean "arm pits", then no she does not have hairy arm pits because she shaves them, but if you mean her actual arms, "no" she does not shave her arms. You would know the answer to this question yourself if you have seen "The Last Song" when they did a "close-up" on Miley Cyrus's arms while she was playing the piano. She does have hairy (fuzzy) arms. The reason I noticed that is because I was wondering if anybody shaves their arms or not. ;)- Hope this answer helps!

No, she did'NT . She actually dyed it blacker. Jusst Joking. She just cut her hair, and she died it. But on the live show on June 21st her hair was blonde, I couldn't tell if she died it again or if she was wearing a wig. I saw alot of head swinging, so I think it wasn't a wig. I know about hairclips under wigs, but still.
