I don't know because I go on a lot but she never seems to be on. I guess she must be really busy with her life. I mean it must be difficult being a star... she is on sometimes Miley was on today...my best Friend has a mileyworld and she text me saying miley was online...took a picture of miley online and texted it to me...we chatted to her (i went to hers) so yaa...she does come on...not much though... it was on her msn as well x

it would be safe to assume she doesn't unless your close family or friends :) if Miley did online chats with fans everyone would know about it

I havent heard anything about msn but she does occasionaly sent messages to fans on myspace.
