no, Kyo and Yuki never have a death fight. In some of the books they fight but Yuki wins. But in the end Kyo dates, marries and has kids with Tohru and that symbolizes beating Yuki on soo many levels ;)!

no.yuki does. yuki piks up kyo's hat and wears it, then gives it to tohru after he helps her coz its not his and kyo doesn't want it bak coz he hates yuki.
