Yes, they do in Breaking Dawn.

They go off for their honeymoon and Bella wants to make love with him, but Edward doesn't because he thinks he'll hurt her. The first time, she woke up covered in feathers (because Edward ripped open a pillow) and discovers she has bumps and bruises everywhere and their bed was damaged. Edward wasn't happy but Bella was. She made love to him again. This time they're both happy because she didn't get hurt.

She later falls pregnant and gave birth to a half-vampire, Renesmee who broke her spine and other various internal organs during birth.

yes they do sleep together on their honeymoon several times and yes Bella gets bruised and edward breaks the headbored and ripps Bella's "nightgown" into peices....its all actually pretty funny but nice haha

In Breaking Dawn, they sleep together for the first time on their honeymoon and she becomes covered in bruises and Edward is ashamed of himself. but Bella is alive and elated, saying that she's never been happier and she insists that she isn't hurt at all. But he does not kill her.
